get used to it

As I did my research for a condom campaign poster, I found the following photo at allposters.com.



So, I got the idea to work with this black and white picture. I traced the outlines of the two persons and tried to suggest, that one of the person is HIV-infected - The reason of the different color-schemes.
According to the serious topic of the poster, I kept the rest simple. So I tried to keep the eyes of the observer on the two persons in the middle and the terrible statistics at the bottom.

Wow - powerful, to the point, extremely good piece of work.

Plus the human bodies don't just pin it down but kind of soften the "statistical" aspect of the message and give it a human face. I think your choice to use a vector outline instead of photography is good - it makes the bodies general and universal - this could be any two people.
